The ordinary value of the transport ticket will be credited back to the credit card used at the time of the purchase transaction.

This form must be completed by no later than 30/09/2025. Refund requests received after this date will not be considered.

I undersigned this act on my own behalf; I agree that the reciprocal obligations in force between the parties must be considered definitively resolved due to impossibility arising in the holder of the travel ticket; I also declare that the resolution of the obligations in force, which takes effect with the signing of this form, determines the definitive disappearance of its existence and its effectiveness and declares to have nothing more to claim for any reason in relation to the same relationship. I agree to the notes on the privacy policy.
