Experimental High Altitude Winery

As a result of a project that started in 2007 at the Monzino mountain Refuge, the winery produces the bottle-fermented classic method Vallée d’Aoste DOC Blanc de Morgex et la Salle “Cuvée des Guides”.
The winemaking is fruit of an experimental study and all takes place at 2,173m asl.
Altitude and temperature result in distinct and uncommon characteristics.
